Do you if there's a big difference between the LU87 and the LM75 (glue line rip)?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

      There is.

The LU87 is a 24 FTG bulk ripper that'll do better in thicker material. The LU87 should still leave a glue ready edge if the saw is setup well, and the material is flat and straight. The LM75 is a 30T TCG ripper intended for stock up to 1"....fairly limited operating range. The 30T will leave a better cut but is more likely to burn in thicker material. A good 40T or 50T blade will also leave a glue ready edge, and will even tend to handle thicker materials better, plus will have better versatility than the 30T.
