    Wow! If only I had all those carving tools!
    Did you notice the sculptor looked like Wilson on House?

      I have some carving tools - it still did not make me a carver. It takes more than having tools.

        You're correct. You need some wood too. Once you start cutting into the wood...you are a carver.

          Actually, I was just joking when I wrote that. However, you do have a point. I have a friend who has won several international woodcarving championships. The only tool he uses is his pocketknife. Oh, I forgot, on large carvings he also uses a chainsaw.

            Wow, C'man, using your definition, I've been a carver most of my life. Unfortunately, according to most artists, I'm going to have to practice a few more lifetimes to be an artist.
