    What's on your Desktop?

    What's on your Windoze/Linux/OSX/whatever desktop?

Mine changes fairly often since I get bored looking at the same-old same-old. Just today I switched to this screen cap of the J-3 Cub from Flight Simulator 2004, flying up the Knik River valley in Alaska. I took out the instruments so they wouldn't interfere with my shortcuts:

A beautiful wintry scene with snow covered trees and valley and some wolves in the distance. Just found it on the web a week ago.

Something I'll never see in Central Texas!

A picture of my 1953 vintage Offy powered Midget. My screensave is slide show of pictures I have taken over the past year. That will be change next year after I get another collection of pictures, mostly the Grand kids.

I have over 200 Astronomy Pictures of the Day (APOD) in my desktop folder and also in my screensaver folder.
The Desktop picture is set to change pictures every minute and it has some beautiful pictures of space.

The screensaver changes every few minutes.

Like Hank, I have a NASA picture of Saturn.

My screensaver is a Mandelbrot Set fractal image.

Because I never get to see my desktop anyway and I never have enough RAM.

http://blackwalnutjigs.com/ the background on Marks website is the background on our desktop. He won't let me change it...but of course I don't know how to do that.

It changes every couple of months...right now it's a pic of my little sweet pea taken on a camping trip in Mt. Rainier last summer:
