'65 but sometimes feel a lot older when I pour my bones into bed at night. Even older trying to make them get moving when the alarm goes off the next morning!

I also just squeaked into the my age catagory at 69. In late July I'll hit 70!

Some days it feels like I'm 90, but for the most part I'm still feeling pretty young and most people think I'm a decade or so younger than I am... probably that yellow balloon and yo-yo I carry with me everywhere

Still going strong, my doctor says I'm in great shape for an 87 year old man.
Problem is I'm only 62. Hello, patient assistance? I need to change doctors.

Apparently 11 out of 52 of us don't have sex....

So far interesting with 52 responses. Interesting but not totally surprising.

Looking overwhelmingly and perhaps exclusively male.

And 85% of us are in the 40-69 age groups - very middle-aged.
And perhaps tragically, no one under 30....yet (there's still hope)

I'm 34 and I'm starting to feel oooollllldddddd. 2 kids, a mortgage, no more free time to do fun stuff, body is starting to resist when I try to do things I used to be able to do without concern. Sometimes all this being an "adult" is no fun at all.

But who am I to complain....

I quote Wikipedia on "Middle age":

                              Definitions[edit]
According to Collins Dictionary, this is "... usually considered to occur approximately between the ages of 40 and 60".[1] The current edition of the Oxford English Dictionary gives a similar definition but with a shorter span: "The period of life between young adulthood and old age, now usually regarded as between about forty-five and sixty." The US Census lists middle age as including both the age categories 35 to 44 and 45 to 54, while prominent psychologist Erik Erikson saw it ending a little later and defines middle adulthood as between 40 and 65. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the standard diagnostic manual of the American Psychiatric Association, used to define middle age as 40–60, but as of Edition IV (1994) revised the definition upwards to 45–65.

Ar you feeling a little bit middle aged?
