    Is this a bt3.?

Wondering if this is a bt3? $50 on Craigslist list seems like a good price.

Loos like a BT3000 to me. I'd say $50 is a good price. You could part it out for quite a bit more than that if it had problems.

That looks like a BT3000 variant. Really looks like a Craftsman 22811 but the color is wrong For 50 bucks if it works grab it.

Heck, the mobile stand is worth $50 in my opinion. Grab it if you can.

Its got all the BT3 stuff in a craftsman badge. Some colors don't match indicating possible swapping of parts with replacements. Its not a 22811 or a 21829 the most numerous Craftsman clones but there were a few other related models that Craftsman sold over the years.

Looks like its got a BT3000 rip fence and a BT3000-style handwheel. The SMT is in BT3000 silver color but the table top and auxiliary table are the darker gray.

Post for the miter hold down clamp is there, don't know about the rest of the clamp.

Good catch by Mark about the lack of the router hole in the Aux table.

Also of note is that the accessory table does not appear to be a router enabled one.

I see what looks like parts of the BT3 on top of what was shown in another forum, as a Canadian Sears sold, version of the BT (different colors then the one in the states and different model). I wish I had kept that info, but never figured I would see one. If you go look at it, get the model number and see if there is any writing in French also.

If there is French on it, it's a good bet to assume it's the Canuk version.

Great deal for $50 despite the French stuff on there

there's a 27565 thats almost the same as the 21829 but sold in Canada.
Theres a 27413 that was sold that has french on the front "Scie a Table de 10 po " Its older than the 21829 - details in the FAQ.

There is an auction about 30 miles from me on Sunday which will be selling a BT3000 and some other tools which I don't need. If it were closer I would go just to see what the saw will bring in a sale.
