Thanks guys - boy was I dreading that. Worst part was getting the needle in me for the IV. After sliding in and out of my right hand for a while she decided to try the left and nailed it on the first jab.

It's great to be able to actually see out of my right eye again. Fortunately there is nothing going on in my left eye.

Had both eyes done about three years ago, amazing how much clearer my vision is now.

Hope all goes well. I'm going to have the "lens replacement" version of cataract surgery sometime in the next few months. Eye doc said I'd have no need for glasses, other than reading glasses.

I cracked a tooth last week and did crown prep yesterday, and today had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my cheek. Old age sucks, other than I just retired!

My wife is cruel, said I was high maintenance...

Oh yeah, got a post card saying it was time for another colonoscopy. Geez, when it rains, it pours!

                  Lee - wow! That's a lot.

During my followupthen appt today the doc said it was actually multiple cataracts and was one of the largest he's seen. I think that jacks the bill up. Anyway everything went well and I have 20/20 vision in that eye now. Pretty cool.

I hoping to avoid cataracts but my mom had them so who knows. One of the ladies that sits next to my wife at choir just commented last night that cataract surgery was good for her because she can see so much better now. They did lens replacement.
