I have finally gotten serious about training to run. I've started week 2 of C25K and I'm feeling much better about myself. Cut sugars back and salts back a bit, and pounding the water. Hopefully I'll be able to do a 5K in November, and a 1 mile next month.
I have a little blog about my shop

      WTG Cochese!

I rode 100 miles last Saturday and over compensated with my eating throughout the weekend. Gained 2 pounds but this morning I'm back to my weight from last Friday. Good news is had my Dr. follow up from the labs I did 3 weeks ago, A1C is down a point to 5.8, all three cholesterol numbers are better. She is taking me off two of my meds. WooHoo!

        Good job, guys!

Mark, did you a century on your own or was it a group ride? I've done several (years ago) but I couldn't imagine doing it alone. There was one that started as a metric century but then ended up being an actual century. Most of us were not happy at the end of that one...

I didn't exactly plan this, but I came down with a urinary tract infection last week....among other things, one of the unintended side effects was losing a few pounds!

Paul it was my ADA Tour de Cure ride that I do for charity. My team raised over $1500 for the American Diabetes Association. Thanks for the kudos! I've done several supported centuries and I think one unsuported one last year. It was to use an over-used word epic.

I've got to give all the weight loss credit this week to whatever respiratory virus I picked up.

I think I am a week early in inputting things. I think that first entry, because it is a duplicate of the second, needs to be deleted.

Where is your weight now? Are you asking to delete the second entry and move each one after that to the left one column? I say go ahead. Or just skip a week to catch back up. The beginning weight needs to stay and after that weekly weigh ins are nice but the final weight is all that really matters as far as the contest part. We are going for the biggest loss and biggest percentage loss at the end of the contest period.

Yes. I weigh myself every Saturday morning, the last day of the given week. I'll delete the second week and move everything up.

I finally made it home for the first time in 4 weeks. 7 day Cruise with the family followed by three 80 hour+ weeks at work in Sacramento eating crap and no time to hit the gym. Consequence I'm now 4 lbs up from my starting weight for round 2.

I'm giving you all a two week chance to gain an edge on me. I am cutting back my planned loss to a half pound a week for the next two so that I am well rested and fueled for my Seattle to Portland ride on 7-12.

I missed my last weigh in on monday because I was traveling. I would like to call it a vacation, but it was a moving trip as we moved my step-daughter's stuff to Dallas, so there was not as much fun involved.

I didn't eat particularly well, so I'm sure I'm behind...

Noticed your last number as I was updating my weight. It's muscle weight, right?

It's kind of you to give the rest of a chance to catch up.

Let's weigh-in guys, several people haven't entered their numbers, and we are nearing the end of this round.
