    Not often I find...

A really great product AND a dream supplier

I sw this advertized somewhere and found Barry's site. When I realized the price was the "same" wherever I looked, I decided to get it direct, although I realized the the "free shipping" wouldn't apply to me - WRONG!

He sent it by FREE Airmail to Oz

Guess what? The product is great AND it comes with a spare battery!

I am a VERY happy customer

Now that's neat! Let us know when you get it in and if it's accurate. If so I'll certainly get one too. Thanks for posting about it.

Oh man, I read the subject line and was thinking you had found dust in your shop!
That is pretty cool little device for sure. One of the Ken’s had told me they had one on order.

Do degrees come in metric? Is the angle the opposite down there?

      Ken

I got one (also free shipping) a couple of weeks ago. I've been delighted with it, it's so easy to use.

I'm also delighted that it confirms my Makita LS1013 SCMS still has perfect 45-degree bevel stops both sides, after nearly four years' hard use!

I read about these a week or two ago and told myself I needed to get one. Turns out Wixey takes Paypal... and I had some loot from ebay sales burning a hole in my account. Just ordered one (backordered until later this week).

                Rod,

Thanks for the reminder. I had meant to order one when it was mentioned earlier. It is BO until 9/22.

                  calipers too

He was about to release his digital calipers as well until he received some suggestions from the last trade show.

They're being redone with an auto-off feature and fractional display in the 1/64ths. (The current unit is good to the 1/32nds.)

Last I heard, it'll be later this year before they're released.
