Sure, Pap, but I hope it's only because it is about to be replaced by a bigger and better one!

It is 26'3 x 24'9 inside, about 650 sq ft. Side wall height is about 9'6.

I found this on Craigslist and made a bid of $1800. Found out I was high bidder about an hour ago. I have about 3 weeks to disassemble and move it.

Once it is up and ready to occupy, the old Playpen will be moved near by and become a dedicated finish room.

And, yes, the walkway and sitting area will find their way to the new shop area!

Looks like it has a decent sized dust collector port there on the front.

Pappy, good score and keep us posted on the progress for your new shop. I know you will put the space to good use.

There are about 5 pipes coming thru the walls, but not as big as this one. It was a pump house for some kind of chemical transfer. There is some minor damage near the floor in the back from a sulfuric acid spill. That area and the panels where the pipes are will be used where I install windows. Plus from its use is there are 2 exhaust fans. One on the left wall in the picture and the roof vent has a fan in it.

Congratulations!!!!! You know what this means, you won't be able to complain about how small of a shop you have.

Well, your still complain, just won't be as valid.
